Questions, answered
Does DatePick work with my theme?
Yes. DatePick adds itself through a theme app embed and blocks that you place in the Shopify theme editor, so there's no theme code to edit. You can match the calendar's colours, corners and fonts to your store in Calendar design.
Do customers pay through Shopify checkout?
Yes. The booking goes into the cart with the product and is paid in your normal checkout, so it becomes a regular Shopify order. For free consultations you can turn on instant bookings that skip checkout.
What stops two people booking the same slot?
When a booking goes into the cart, its slot is held while the customer checks out. Teammate schedules, equipment stock, capacity and booking rules are checked every time availability is shown.
Can customers reschedule or cancel on their own?
Yes, if you allow it. Confirmation emails include reschedule and cancel links, and you set the minimum notice and how many times a booking can be moved.
Which languages does the booking calendar support?
English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese for Brazil and for Portugal. You can edit any text for each language.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes every feature, up to 5 bookings a month. The Unlimited plan comes with a 7-day free trial.
